Audio-input features are provided for convenience and general use only. Tempo detection may be inaccurate, interrupted, unavailable, or affected by browser, device, venue, mixer, or microphone conditions.
Jackmn may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time without notice or liability.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

When you choose the "Listen" feature in JACKMN Beat Counter, your browser may ask for permission to access a microphone or line-in audio input. The feature uses that audio input locally in your browser to estimate tempo, input level, confidence, and channel separation.
Jackmn does not record, store, retain, upload, listen to, sell, or share audio captured by the Beat Counter. Audio samples are processed transiently on your device and discarded. BPM readings, tap timings, microphone samples, and audio-device selections are not sent to Jackmn servers by the Beat Counter app.
After microphone permission is granted, your browser may expose audio input device labels or device identifiers to the page so the app can show an input selector. The Beat Counter uses this only during the current browser session and does not store it.
You can stop microphone use by pressing "Stop listening", turning off listening for all decks, closing or leaving the page, or revoking microphone permission in your browser or operating-system settings.
Normal website hosting logs may still be generated when you load jackmn.com.au, and third-party services may apply if you choose to follow external links such as donation links. Beat Counter audio is not disclosed to those providers.
We provide workforce analytics, modeling, and organizational design services that utilize computer programs, including artificial intelligence and machine learning models, to process data and assist our clients in evaluating and planning workforce structures.
(a) Kinds of Personal Information Used: These automated tools process employee details (such as job titles, role descriptions, departments, and general location), performance history, qualifications, skills, and remuneration estimates, along with relevant terms from employment agreements.
(b) Types of Decisions Supported: These systems do not make final, binding employment determinations. Instead, they provide decision support and recommendations to assist client representatives in strategic workforce planning, role classification, and organizational structure scenario modeling (including restructuring analysis and redeployment assessments).

All automated outputs remain subject to review, validation, and final determination by human decision-makers.
